Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Zenith AI Apps for the use of AI Headshot Pro: Zenith Studio ("Zenith Studio", "the app"). By downloading or using the app you accept them.

1. What Zenith Studio does

Zenith Studio generates stylised portraits from photographs you provide, using AI models that keep your features while changing the lighting, background, framing and attire. The results are illustrations of you in a chosen style; they are not photographs taken by a camera, and they are not a substitute for official identity photography.

2. The photos you upload

• You must own the photos you upload, or have permission from everyone shown in them.
• Do not upload photos of another person without their consent.
• Do not upload photos of anyone under 13.
• You are responsible for the content you submit and for how the results are used.

3. The portraits you generate

• The generated images are yours to use, including commercially, on profiles, websites, print and press material.
• Do not use them to impersonate another person, to misrepresent who someone is, or to deceive anyone about your identity.
• Do not use them in official identity documents (passport, visa, licence or similar) — those have their own capture requirements and do not accept generated images.
• Do not present a generated portrait as an unedited photograph of a person who has not agreed to it.

4. Purchases, credits and billing

Zenith Studio is free to download. Generating a set is a paid action, purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system. All billing, receipts and refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services terms; we cannot issue refunds directly. Manage or cancel purchases in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to create or distribute material that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, harassing or discriminatory;
• sexualises any person, or depicts anyone in a sexual or violent context;
• impersonates a real person in a way that could mislead or harm them;
• infringes anyone's copyright, trade mark or other rights; or
• attempts to bypass, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

6. Availability and changes

We may add, change or remove features, styles or plans, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

7. Disclaimer

AI generation produces variable results. We do not promise that a set will resemble you to any particular degree, that every generated image will be usable, or that a style will suit your purpose. The app is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zenith AI Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase in question.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and delete it from your device. We may suspend access where these terms are broken — for example, where the service is used to generate unlawful material.
