Privacy Policy

AI Headshot Pro: Zenith Studio ("Zenith Studio", "the app") is published by Zenith AI Apps. This policy explains what the app does with the photos you choose, what it stores, and how you can remove everything. Zenith Studio is built for iPhone and iPad, it needs no account or password, and it contains no advertising trackers.

1. Photo library access

Zenith Studio asks for permission to read the photos you select from your device's photo library. That access is used only to load the photos you choose for a portrait set, and nothing is read from your library in the background.

2. The photos you upload

• Source photos are sent over an encrypted connection solely to generate your portraits.
• Input photos are processed and released from memory, and are removed from processing storage within 7 days.
• Your photos are used to generate the set you asked for. They are not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for cross-app tracking.
• You can stop at any point before a set is generated; nothing is kept if you do not generate one.

3. The portraits you generate

• Generated portraits are stored temporarily on our secure cloud for up to 7 days so you have time to save them, after which they are permanently deleted.
• Portraits you save are stored on your device, in your photo library or in the app.
• You can delete saved portraits at any time from within the app, or from your device's photo library.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

All payments are processed by Apple. We never see your payment card details. We receive the status of your purchase or subscription (product, active or expired, expiry date) so the sets you paid for unlock in the app. You can view, manage or cancel purchases in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.

5. Device and app information

To diagnose faults and keep the service reliable, we record a small amount of technical information: platform (iOS), app version, device model, operating-system version and timestamps. This is used only for diagnostics, abuse prevention and support.

6. What the app does not collect

• No name, email address or phone number (unless you email support first).
• No precise location, contacts, health or financial account data.
• No advertising identifiers, and no third-party advertising SDKs.

7. Data retention

• Uploaded source photos: removed from processing storage within 7 days.
• Generated portraits in temporary storage: deleted within 7 days of generation.
• Portraits you save: stored on your device, and under your control until you delete them.

8. Your choices and deletion

Delete any saved portrait from the app at any time. To ask us to remove anything still held on our servers, email [email protected] from the app's Email Support action — your request is matched to the technical record automatically, and deletion requests are actioned within 30 days.

9. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit using TLS. Access to stored data is limited to the service accounts that operate the app, and no member of staff browses customer photos.

10. Children

Zenith Studio is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will remove the associated records.

11. International transfers

Our infrastructure runs in secure data centres in the United States with industry-standard safeguards. By using the app you consent to this processing.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles data, we will update this page and revise the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
