Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Zenith Sports Card Scanner ("Zenith", "the app"), published by Zenith AI Apps. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What Zenith does

Zenith identifies sports cards from a photo and estimates their current market value from completed auction sales. It also lets you organise a collection and watchlist, and browse market data.

2. No affiliation

Zenith is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any card manufacturer, league, team, player, grading company, auction house, or marketplace. All trademarks, card images, and names belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to identify the cards you scan.

3. Your account

The app creates an anonymous account on first launch; you do not need to register. You are responsible for the device and Apple ID you use. We may suspend or terminate access if the app is used to abuse, overload, or attack our service or a third-party provider.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Zenith offers an optional Zenith Pro subscription (weekly or yearly) that unlocks higher limits and additional features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or use the Manage button in the app's Profile screen.
• Use Restore Purchases in the Profile screen to re-apply an active subscription after reinstalling.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue refunds directly.

Purchases are also subject to Apple's Standard EULA.

5. Free plan limits

The free plan includes a monthly allowance of card scans and daily catalog searches, and caps the number of cards you can keep in your collection and watchlist. Allowances reset automatically (monthly for scans, daily for searches). Limits shown in the app are the limits that are enforced.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the app or its APIs;
• scrape, bulk-download, or automate requests against the service or its data providers;
• upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful or harmful;
• interfere with the service, bypass usage limits, or attempt to access other users' data.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the card photos you scan. You grant us the limited licence needed to process them (identify the card and look up market data) and to store them as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete saved photos in the app at any time.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Zenith available and accurate, but the service depends on third-party catalog and pricing providers and may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. We may update features, limits, and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of market data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenith AI Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from decisions made using estimated values. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time; deleting it removes local data. To erase the data stored on our servers, follow the deletion steps in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate access for breach of these terms.
