Need a hand with Zenith Sports Card Scanner? Most questions are answered below. If yours is not, email us and we will get back to you — every message reaches a human.
Email [email protected]In the app you can also use Profile → Email Support, which pre-fills your device details so we can help faster.
Scanning a card
How do I get the best scan?
Lay the card flat on a plain surface, fill the frame with the card, and avoid glare and shadows. The in-app guidance (the tips shown on the scan screen) covers the three framing rules, and you can replay it any time from Profile → Show Tips Again.
The app could not identify my card
Some cards — very old, very rare, or heavily obscured ones — are not in the catalogue yet. Use the search screen to look the card up by player, set, or year, and you can add it to your collection from the search results. Your scan allowance is only used for successful identifications.
Where are my card photos stored?
Photos you scan are uploaded to identify and price the card, and are deleted from our servers after 7 days. Your own copies stay on your device: Zenith saves each capture to your photo library unless you turn off Profile → Save to Photos. You can delete every photo the app keeps on your device from Profile → Delete Saved Photos.
Plans and limits
What does the free plan include?
- 30 card scans per month
- 5 card searches per day, with up to 10 results per search
- Up to 20 cards in your collection and 50 on your watchlist
- Full identification and market values for every scanned card
When you reach a limit the app offers Zenith Pro; your collection, scans, and history are never taken away.
What does Zenith Pro add?
- 500 scans per month and 100 searches per day, with up to 100 results per search
- Up to 5,000 cards in your collection and 500 on your watchlist
- Collection folders, so you can organise cards into named groups
- Extended price history and more comparable sales per card
How do the referral bonus scans work?
Invite a friend from Profile → Invite Friends. When they install Zenith and enter your code, you earn 10 bonus scans; when they start a Zenith Pro subscription, you earn 30 more. Bonus scans never expire and are added on top of your monthly allowance.
Billing and subscriptions
How do I manage or cancel Zenith Pro?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open your App Store subscription settings (or Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone) and change or cancel there. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
I was charged but the app still shows the free plan
Open Profile and tap Restore, which re-reads your App Store purchases and re-checks your entitlement with us. Make sure the device is signed in with the same Apple ID that made the purchase. If Pro is still missing, email us with your purchase receipt.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are issued by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com; we are happy to help with the details if a request needs more context.
Your data
How do I delete my data?
Zenith uses an anonymous account, so there is no email or password to manage. To remove everything — collection, watchlist, scan history, and the account itself — email [email protected] from any address and tell us the device ID shown in Profile → About. We delete the account and its data, and confirm by reply.
You can clear the photos Zenith keeps on your device yourself from Profile → Delete Saved Photos. Photos uploaded for identification are removed from our servers automatically after 7 days.
Do I need an account to use Zenith?
No. The app creates a random identifier on first launch so your collection stays yours; it is not linked to your name, email, or social profiles. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Still stuck?
Email [email protected]. Including the details from Profile → Email Support (device model, iOS version, app version, and account ID) lets us reproduce the issue much faster.
