Zenith AI Apps ("we", "our", or "the apps") respects your privacy. This policy covers Zenith AI – Product Photo, our AI-powered product photography application for ecommerce sellers.

1. Photo Library Access

Zenith AI – Product Photo requests explicit, user-granted access to your device's photo library to access product images you want to edit and enhance.

  • Access is used solely to load and process product photos you select.
  • Photos are processed securely and never shared with third parties for advertising.

2. Data Processing

  • All image processing is conducted over secure, encrypted connections.
  • Input photos are processed and immediately released from memory.
  • Generated output images are temporarily stored on our secure cloud for up to 48 hours to allow you time to save them, after which they are permanently deleted.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Our app uses a credit-based system for AI generation. All payments and subscriptions are processed securely by Apple. You can manage, modify, or cancel subscriptions directly on your device:

iOS Settings → Tap Your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Zenith AI

4. No Personal Data Selling

We do not sell, share, or use your personal data or images for advertising purposes. Your photos are used solely to provide the AI processing services you request.
